Shipments & delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship most orders within 72 hours (excluding holidays) from the receipt of payment.
For shipments, we use our contracted Express Courier, which guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours throughout Italy (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code will be active within 24 hours of the package's departure, and you can use it on the courier’s website to track your order in real time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are always determined at the time of shipping the order, based on the weight/volume of the packages shipped.

Can I receive the goods at an address different from the billing address?
Certainly! Before finalizing the order, you can specify a different shipping address.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
A minimum order of €250.00 in goods per order is required. Orders below this amount will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be rejected at the discretion of the management. Notwithstanding any existing commercial agreements, orders below €250.00 in goods per order, if processed, will be shipped with payment on delivery (COD).
